At WebMittra, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available for our website development and SaaS subscription services.

1. Subscription Plans

All subscription fees (monthly or yearly) are payable in advance.

  • Monthly and yearly subscription payments are generally non-refundable once the service has been activated.
  • Customers may cancel their subscription at any time to prevent future renewals.
  • Cancellation does not entitle the customer to a refund for the current billing period.

2. Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, no charges will apply until the trial period ends. You may cancel during the trial period without any payment obligation.

3. Website Development & Custom Services

For custom website design, development, branding, or other professional services:

  • Payments made for completed work are non-refundable.
  • If the project is cancelled before work has started, a refund may be issued after deducting any applicable payment gateway charges.
  • If work has already begun, refunds will be calculated based on the portion of work completed.

4. Duplicate or Incorrect Payments

If you are charged more than once due to a technical error or duplicate transaction, please contact us within 7 days. After verification, the excess amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

5. Service Issues

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using our services, please contact our support team. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue before considering any refund request.

6. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

7. Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • Subscription fees after service activation.
  • Third-party software or plugin licenses.
  • Custom development work already completed.
  • Digital products delivered successfully.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting our support team. Cancellation will stop future billing but will not affect your access until the current subscription period expires.
